1. Data Controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by KMQ Otomotiv as the data controller, within the scope described below. Contact: info@kmqotomotiv.com.tr.

2. Personal Data Processed

• Contact form: full name, email address, phone number and the content of the request/message you submit.
• Automatically collected data: subject to your consent, IP address, browser/device information and site usage statistics (analytics) collected via cookies.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Responding to your contact requests and questions,
• Evaluating dealer and fleet partnership applications,
• Measuring and improving website performance,
• Fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds of the establishment or performance of a contract, the legitimate interest of the data controller, and compliance with legal obligations; analytics and marketing cookies are processed on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Your data may be transferred to supplier infrastructure abroad within the scope of hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend/Amazon SES) and analytics (Google Analytics) services, as required by the service and within your explicit consent. Transfers are carried out with security measures compliant with the KVKK.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and the statutory limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

7. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, to request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK, to object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processing exclusively by automated systems, and to request compensation for any damage.
