In-stock parts are shipped the same day. From our network of 3 branches, we ship by courier to all 81 provinces of Türkiye.

We offer two options: original parts and OEM-quality equivalents; whichever you choose, every product we sell is covered by warranty. KMQ is not only a seller of this catalogue but also a manufacturer: we produce our own KMQ-branded gaskets. We also overhaul Voith retarder units in our own İstanbul workshop. The catalogue is not limited to KMQ-branded parts either; we also stock parts from established manufacturers such as Reinz, Elring and Corteco at the same quality standard, so you get a genuine choice between budget and service life. To find the right part in our 18,753-item active catalogue, we first ask for the vehicle’s chassis or engine code, because parts that look identical can differ in size or fitting across engine and chassis combinations; skipping this step raises the risk of ordering the wrong part. Our quality guarantee does not depend on the source: every part we manufacture and every part we source is warrantied.

In Türkiye, we repair and fully overhaul only Voith VR115/VR120/VR133 hydraulic retarders in our own İstanbul workshop rather than sending them to a subcontractor. Each unit is opened, cleaned and measured for wear; the hydraulic pump, rotor, stator and sealing elements are renewed to match those measurements, and the unit is performance-tested once closed. Our Ankara and Gaziantep branches take units in and forward them to the workshop, and we also accept units shipped from anywhere else in Turkey. For Telma electromagnetic retarders we supply spare parts only: coils, rotors, discs, wiring and electronic control components ship from stock, but we do not take on workshop labour such as coil winding or rotor balancing. We say this on the first call so you do not move the vehicle for nothing. Because overhaul time depends on the unit’s condition and parts stock, we do not promise a date before seeing it; we confirm scope and timing in writing once wear measurements are taken.

Dealers and fleet operators can apply through the contact form. After approval, 24/7 online ordering access is granted.

For faulty or damaged products, returns and exchanges are processed within 14 days upon presentation of the invoice.

For correct part selection, compatibility verification and installation support, our technical team is available by phone and through the portal.
